Insurance Coverage Details

Details about MHCC's insurance coverage are available at the following links.  In addition, our Club President -- Skip Holmes and Board member Bob Cohen have full copies of the insurance policy.  You can contact either of them if you need details at that level. 

To understand the insurance coverage start by reading Skip's article and associated comments.   It will eventually scroll off the home page of the web site, so you can click on the link to easily find it.

Then go to the League of American Bicyclist's web site -- club section.  There are two insurance related links you might want to consult.  The first is a general introduction to the League's insurance program.  The second is a brochure about the insurance program. 

If, after consulting these you still have questions,  you can go to the insurance carrier's web site at www.amerspec.com/lab (American Specialty Insurance).  You will get redirected to an insurance coverage web page.  Perhaps the most directly useful information there is in their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document halfway down on the left side -- but feel free to rummage around.

If you still have questions after looking through all this,  you will need to contact the Skip in person.
