The Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club consists of 800 (or so) members who mostly live in the Capital District area of eastern New York State. MHCC sponsors road and mountain bike rides for beginning through experienced riders within an approximate 80 mile radius of the Albany-Troy-Schenectady area.

Does anyone have a 9-Speed Ultegra Shifter, If you are not using anymore and would be interested in selling?

No, it is a bolt (plus the spring) that hold the two levers together

Henry,

You may have luck with this link Ultegra 6501 shifter only for sale.
or this one - though the ad says the shifters don't work, you may be able to get just the right one to try or to part out: Ultegra 6500 for sale - good price

If all else fails, it may be easier to just upgrade your whole groupset to SRAM Red. Laughing

If you bring it in to work on Wednesday maybe Bruce and I can come out at lunchtime to look it over. Are you sure it's broken/missing parts, or is it possible that the spring just came out of a detent? Here's a schematic if it helps:
