Riding my 53/42 rings with 13-23 cassette was great when I was young and in shape, but being older and fatter is making my knees and thighs cry when I hit the hills.

Looking for 39T ring and/or 7speed cassette in a 13-26 to fit older style Shimano 105 group.

Can't help you except to mention that your best bet for your cassette is likely Harris Cyclery 7-speed cassettes . 39t 130 BCD chainring should be available at all LBS if no one here has one for you. Good luck.[/url]

Eric,
Thanks for your reply. I had looked on Harris(via Sheldon Brown's site) and they do have what I want, and I know the retail shops have the rings, but going that direction puts me in for $55-$65. I'm hoping someone has an old wheel/crank set collecting dust in their basement and they're willing to get rid of it for a few bucks or six pack of Sierra Nevada.
Cheers!
